MLB The Show 21 komt op 20 april uit voor zowel PlayStation- als Xbox-consoles. Dat laatste is opvallend, omdat de game gemaakt wordt door Sony’s eigen PlayStation Studios. De ontwikkelaar maakte in 2019 al bekend dat MLB naar meer platforms zou komen.
